A Letter from Dr. Ross
So here’s the story of how I started this business:
My wife, at the time was my girlfriend, Nicole, had lived in Cleveland, OH prior to moving to WV, and had gotten a Botox treatment at a place there and liked the results. She was telling me about it and I thought to myself, “Here’s a great Christmas present!”
So I searched the internet for someone providing these services. I at that time did not know anything about Botox or aesthetic procedures. I found a local dermatologist that offered Botox and called them and bought a gift certificate for Botox.

She subsequently went and had the treatment done, but it didn’t really do anything and she wasn’t happy with the experience of it.
I, being sensitive to “experiences” after learning about this on an online training about business development, thought to myself, “I could offer this with a much better experience “.
After some online research, I realised I would have to be well-trained, so I enrolled in A4M’s mini fellowship of aesthetic medicine training, where I attended several weekend training courses in Botox, dermal fillers, laser procedures, body contouring, vein therapy, and more.
After finishing the training, although I felt comfortable in my knowledge of how to perform the procedures, I needed a way to provide these services to interested clients. At the A4M training, one of my trainers suggested I reach out to day spas that may want to increase offerings to include medical procedures.
So I reached out to several local spas in the area.
Through this I found a Spa owner who had an extra room being used for storage. I rented that room, and my plan was just to offer Botox and filler to a few clients to make a little extra money.
Over time, I added team members, laser services and we began to expand the business. I was one of the first people to offer the latest technology in laser procedure, adding Halo laser by Sciton the first year it was introduced.
My philosophy has always been to offer the latest cutting edge technology that would usually only be available in larger cities, to our little town of Morgantown.
That combined with premier customer service has been the secret sauce that propels our business above all others in the area.
So with this philosophy and our dedication to excellent customer care, we began to grow and expand .
Now, after 10 + years of providing the ultimate aesthetic experience and results, things have changed but the dedication to individual client experience and quality results has not changed.
As we move into the next decade of aesthetic procedures, we plan to continue that philosophy of being the best, most cutting edge, aesthetic providers in the area.
